Our mission

Hockey Strides' Mission is to promote and expand the sport of Ice Hockey by enhancing the players' experience. Hockey Strides offers skills development and mental focus training programs designed to meet the physical, social and emotional needs of hockey players at all levels.  Our goal is to foster safe and fun learning and playing environments that build self-confidence, strong character, and positive self-esteem while advancing skills. 

Hockey Strides believes that the structure and experience of organized sports teaches and reinforces valuable life-lessons.  Our team ensures that these lessons are generalized and applied in all areas of the athlete’s life.
